Current Activities

Student at Delft University of Technology

I am currently in my third (last) year of a computer science & engineering BSc programme at Delft University of Technology. I chose the systems track where I learned about computer architecture, operating systems, and embedded software. I am currently following the Robotics Minor, where I am learning about industrial design, electronics and dynamics, as well as designing and developing an industrial bakery robot for our client Rademaker.

Board Member at D.S.D.A. Dynamic

Ambrus breakdancing

To pursue my passion for dancing, last year I joined a student dance association in Delft, and now me and 5 friends took over leading the association for one academic year. I am responsible for planning dance classes, communicating with volunteer teachers, chairing the Dance Committee and the newly formed Programmers Committee, and I am leading the development of our internal logistics website.

Open Source Contributor at Hylo

I am fortunate to have the opportunity to contribute to an exciting new programming language project called Hylo, which is centered around the idea of mutable value semantics and generic programming. I joined the project in my second year of studies as a university collaboration to create a documentation compiler for the language. Since then, I regularly attend the open meetings where we discuss ideas, implementation techniques, and everything related to the language, and I gave a lightning talk about HyloDoc at CppOnSea 2024.

3D Editor Tools Developer at Huawei Finland Research Center

Since I started university, I have been working as a part-time software developer at Huawei Finland Research Center to more-or less sustain myself. I am part of the Graphics team, working on cool 3D editor tools.
